Did you notice that in Canada and Europe they do not take murder serious enough to lock people away for life?  How is this guy scheduled for relief in a few months when he is not terminally ill. Rant from Fed Up American

I got this brief email rant from a friend. says it all.

I am so sick of hearing about all these poor people that can't afford thanksgiving dinner - between the food stamps, the free food give-aways that I see everyone lined up for and the kids getting breakfast and lunch at school I really don't understand.  Then there is the fact that these "poor people" weigh 400 lbs, are wearing a weave and have 5 inch long fingernails.  We all make choices how and where we spend money - don't do your nails for one week and you could afford a Thanksgiving meal.
The Smutty Nose Bar and Grill will not accept food stamps or give away free food.

President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Judge Sotomayor will be seated on the high court. Republicans will not be able to stop her because most assuredly they will not get filibuster support and of course the Dems can easily count on Snow and Collins to confirm . I believe she deserves and up or down vote, that is what is meant by advice and consent. I do believe Republicans can score some political points at the same time they do the right thing. New Haven Fire , New Haven Fire , New Haven Fire. Did I make myself clear? Racial Discrimination is when you discriminate on race, end of story. Trot the hard working, blue collar salt of the earth fire fighters out to the American public particularly after Judge Sotomayor is overturned by the very court she is looking to sit on and right before her confirmation. I love when a 'Vast Right Wing Conspiracy' comes together. These guys studied for a promotional exam to Lieutenant and there Hispanic and black brethren did not, or did not study enough or are just not capable of being ranking FD Officers. In any case these white Americans had the door slammed in their face because of the color of their skin and the City Fathers as well as Judge Sotomyer thinks that is OK, evidenced by her summary dismissal of their suit. Dismissed without as much as a presentation of inquire or oral arguments. She and her ilk do not want a 'Affirmative Action' discrimination suit on the high court because the Michigan case did enough damage to Liberal discrimination. Oh yes, and there is the Latina woman white man comment.

Obama and the War on Terror

President Obama ran for office on a platform that at it's most simplest form told the voters, that George Bush's methods that have prevented a terror attack on US soil for seven years, were to harsh and illegal, and in Obama's words "in fact have made us less safe". Now that he is now the Commander in Chief, Mr Obama has set out on a course of dismantling the tools that the previous Bush Administration relied on and has taken a less strident tone toward protecting America in the post 9-11 world claiming that his way will better insure our safety and security. There is really nothing the opposition to this method can do but wait out Mr Obama. If we do get hit after he decided to demonize Bush for being to stalwart in American defense and Obama the institutes a procedure of closing Gitmo, not wire tapping without a warrant in any circumstance, failing to track terror funding, and a blanket objective of trying all terror suspects in criminal court, what is his fall back position if we get hit. What does a man who ran around talking about how we are 'less safe' because of the actions of his successful predecessor say when one terrorist does get through after he instituted less protective policies.

General Powell

Bullshit Shane! Colin Powell is Near Death! He is old and may have health issues. He knows that his ass may vapor lock at any moment. He wants the headlines in his obituary to rave about how although a Warrior and a Republican he was also a bridge builder. What the hell does listening to special interest groups or voting blocks have to do with your political beliefs and doing what is right. Blacks support Affirmative Action which is nothing but discrimination. Is Powell going to allow that to be a Republican plank. Ugly Lesbian feminist support abortion on demand which is nothing but the killing and disposal of millions of unborn children every year through out the world all be cause some pimpled face high school football star did not bag his willie in the drive in that night or Shay Nay”s boyfriend Pokie from the Hood is in jail and welfare no longer pays you for being a brood mare, or some highly educated and paid white, liberal corporate woman can not take time off from that Fortune 500 company to have a baby because she might miss the new promotion, should the Republican Party and Conservative now support the wholesale killing of unborn children? Oh I'm sorry I meant to say should they be 'Pro choice'?Speaking of Pro choice why do you only have a choice when killing the unborn? Why not when some kid who does beat the abortion alley gauntlet and is born in the hood to a mother and or father who give a damn and struggle and care about their child's education can not have the choice of getting a voucher and getting that child out of the public schools and into a private school where they may have a chance? Why does the NAACP the group that in it's days of legacy and Moral leadership gave us Brown v Board of Ed, not support choice there. Kill millions of black unborn children and NAACP is silent, try to get a black child out of a failing ghetto public school and they want the kids to stay there and grow up dumb. I guess that will make them dumb enough to join the NAACP and a Labor Union when they grow up. So General Powell speaks the Liberal line about pleasing interest groups who will soon be the majority, so sell out your beliefs. Open the boarders and let the brown people of Mexico flood in undocumented with out rules because they will have babies and soon be the largest voting block. No Shane, General Powell is no longer a Conservative or a Republican, but he does have a lot of company among Congressmen and Senators who call themselves the same. He has sold out because he is more concerned with the media writing his obituary during the days of the Obama Administration then maybe trying to get the same groups he looks to court by seeing things the way Conservatives do and recognizing a Great American like Rush Limbaugh for what he is, a lover of freedom and liberty the same God given gifts that General Powell will always have my deepest and eternal gratitude for defending as a US Military Man on the field of battle. But now in his twilight years he is posting the stars and stripes full mast inverted, in a international sign of distress because he has sold out his beliefs.

The New York Times Fights for The Little Guy

'Mr. Bush’s hapless, and often unconstitutional, approach to combating terrorism will leave his successor a great deal of work to do. The rule of law, including fair and open trials, must be restored. Guantanamo needs to be shut down, as Mr. McCain has said many times. Detainees must be put on trial quickly in real courts, and those who are not guilty must be freed.
There are some evidently dangerous men in Guantanamo, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, accused of being the organizer of the Sept. 11 attacks. But it is hard to see a real trial ever taking place for Mr. Mohammed, who was subject to waterboarding and other abuse during interrogation, and the priority assigned to a small fish like Mr. Hamdan makes us wonder whether the administration has powerful cases against the hundreds of other Guantánamo detainees.
Mr. Bush’s supporters have been crowing over the Hamdan verdict as if it were some kind of a triumph. In truth, it is a hollow victory in the war on terror, a blow to America’s standards of justice and image in the world.'

And so sums up a Saturday 9th of August, 2008 editorial in the NY Times as to the Bush Administration's handling of the non existent war on terror. The Times takes great pains to inform the reader that Mr. Hamdan, is but a livery driver who my have been sitting at a cab stand and by chance Osama Bin Laden loaded two surface to air missiles in the trunk, jumped in the back seat and yelled "taxi follow that cab". Perfect scenario for a Saturday night in front of the TCM cable channel but does not work well in the real world after the events of 9-11 and the invasion of Afghanistan. If Mr. Hamdan is such a lowly figure in the world of Al Qeda to parse the explanation of his true status as his defender would lead you to believe, to be such that he was not even listed of the regular payroll ledger the way the Goat milk delivery man was, why did he just not blend into the hills and caves of his adopted country when he saw the contrails of US Cruise Missiles streaking across the midnight sky?

He did not because once the invading infidel US troops were on the ground of Afghanistan, Mr Hamdan was carrying out his duties as a loyal member of Al Qeda when arrested. Osama Bin Laden before the 9-11 Attacks was marked for death by the CIA. He is not just going to pick any Arab retard with a fourth grade education to be his driver. He is going to make sure that the driver he picks that is charged with such lowly responsibilities at times such as, shuttling Osama about to seek pleasure in various forms of debauchery with the 13 year old daughters of mountain sheep herders, can just as well turn on a dime and deliver surface to air missiles to resistant leaders when the invaders come.

Mr Hamdan was has been held in captivity for the past seven years for one very good reason, he is a danger to the United states. His trial was carried out under the laws of the United states as set forth by Congress, interpreted by the Courts and enforced by the Administration. Mr Hamdan was found guilty of one count and sentenced accordingly. He hopefully will not be released when his sentence is up but only when his sentence is up and he no longer poses a threat to the United States and many innocent peoples around the world. If this happens to coincide with the cessation of hostilities between radical Islamic fanatics, the United States of America and it's allies through out the world, so be it.

Al Gore is Now Eco-Friendly

Al Gore has just completed renovations to his Tennessee homestead to make it one of the highest levels of Energy Conservation Frugality a house can be. This after the Nobel Peace price winner was criticized back in February of this year for having a home that used 10 times the energy of the average US household. Which in itself is no surprise since Gore's place is 10 times the size of the average US home. He purchased the home for 2.3 mil a few years ago and it was and energy consumption vacuum. He does not of course walk it like he talks it so while he was running around the globe in private jets and black gas guzzling Suburbans with a tail car full of machine gun totting body guards (are they US Secret Service agents, that I do not know but you can bet I will be researching that issue to see if they are protect that over sized 'rectal methane emitter the US taxpayers dime?) telling the masses how to live he of course was doing the exact opposite. He got busted and spent what you can be sure to be hundreds of thousands of dollars out fitting the crib with, solar panels, gyro thermo heat pumps and a bunch of other environmentalist 'chicken little' the world will end tomorrow fixes.
Maybe his next great idea will be an Energy Consumption tax. Any home you own that consumes a percentage above 1990 energy consumption for that size home will be taxed.
If you are a tax and spend liberal I am sure you just got aroused.
